Monthly payments are taken automatically, with a commitment for the chosen length (except the 1-month plan). Coaching includes a personal plan, session analysis, contact by message, plan adjustments and free access to the Nöliö app.

Cycling effort tests
Full test on your bike (home trainer): lactate, heart rate and ventilatory thresholds. About 1 h 15. You leave with a report and your personalised training zones.

Fit and coaching packs
You start with 1 month of coaching and no commitment. You then commit for 6 or 12 months with a one-off payment and choose one gift, delivered during the 2nd month, after the 14-day withdrawal period.

Monthly payments do not include a gift: they only get the −10% on other services. Month 1 is charged at the 1-month rate for your sport, then the chosen period is paid in full at the one-off rate. During the welcome offer, month 1 is charged at the welcome rate (€60 or €50).

- You can pause if you are injured or ill, with a medical certificate
